This is a good choice for when you need a quick-fix pasta and a great chance to use up any leftovers that need a home! Stir in cooked chicken or fish and any vegetables too.
1 lb (450 g) small pasta shells or other bite-sized pasta
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta until al dente, 6–8 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl, combine olive oil with seasoning and Parmesan.
- Drain pasta and stir into oil mixture. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with Salt and Pepper.
